Enrollment
Lilyposa Schoolhouse welcomes children between the ages of 2 to 5 years old. Our program is year round and we provide two half-day programs from Monday to Friday. Children may be enrolled for up to five days per week with a minimum two day enrollment.
Both our morning program and afternoon programs are currently full and we are not actively enrolling.
Registration Process
Please fill out our contact form to be added to our waitlist. We will reach out to you as soon as we know that we might have a spot available for your child and will schedule a tour at that time. We would typically know at least 30 days in advance when we might have an opening. We only tour one family at a time as we want to spend ample time answering your questions and getting to know your child and family. We will also use this time to help us assess your child’s fit and readiness for our program. While our license is from 2-5 we acknowledge that not every two year old is on the same developmental schedule and might not be quite ready for an independent program.
Usually these tours will happen in the evenings or weekends, we will try our best to find a time that works for you! If you would like to enroll following the tour we will send out our enrollment package and instructions on how to submit enrollment paperwork via our online application. We charge a one time non-refundable $100 registration fee in order to confirm a spot for your child. We do not require children to be potty trained to enroll. We have an onsite changing station and are happy to help support their potty training journey when they are ready.
Waitlist
Both our morning and afternoon sessions are full and have a waitlist. Please fill out our contact form if you are interested in adding your child to the waitlist. There is no fee to be added. If a spot becomes available and your child is eligible to enroll, we will notify you and schedule a tour to meet us and determine if it is a good fit.
Immunization Policy
Immunizations are a key component of keeping ourselves, our loved ones and our school family healthy. We follow Oregon guidelines and will check to ensure that each child has up to date immunizations prior to them attending school. You can view additional information from the Oregon Health Authority regarding immunizations here. Our complete immunization policy and other pertinent information will be included in our Parent Handbook that is provided to all families upon enrollment.
Tuition
Tuition is charged monthly over the course of 12 months. Monthly tuition payment amounts remain the same regardless of planned breaks and holidays.
2023-2024 School Year
Two days per week: $350 per month
Three days per week: $475 per month
Four Days per week: $575 per month
Five days per week: $700 per month
*Tuition subject to yearly cost of living increases. We will never increase tuition more than 5% year to year.
Vacations/Holidays
We have four built in closure weeks per year. We will generally schedule our breaks in the date ranges as follows. Each year we will communicate the exact dates of closure in our updated parent handbook as well as email reminders prior to the scheduled break.
Annual Break Weeks:
One week break-Last week of December (to include December 25th)
Two Week Break-Last week of March and First Week of April
One Week Break-Early July (to include July 4th)
